We're looking for an experienced commercial flooring professional who knows the industry inside out and is ready for an opportunity with considerably more scope than a traditional Contracts Manager position. This is a chance to get involved at the beginning of a new region, initially taking a hands-on role across clients, contracts and operational delivery before helping build a team around you as the business grows.
The Role
- Managing commercial flooring contracts from enquiry through to completion
- Developing relationships with existing and new clients
- Identifying new opportunities and supporting sales/business development
- Surveying, pricing and understanding flooring works
- Planning and managing installation programmes
- Managing directly employed floor layers and subcontractors
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and site teams
- Managing costs, quality, programme and profitability
- Recruiting and developing the regional flooring team as workload grows

- Experienced managing flooring projects, labour and subcontractors
