Description: ommercial Flooring Surveyor / Project Manager £45,000£55,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle / Allowance North West Have you progressed off the tools but still enjoy being involved in flooring projects?

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the North West's most respected commercial flooring contractors.

This isn't an office-bound estimating role.

It's ideal for somebody from a commercial flooring background who enjoys getting out to sites, meeting clients, surveying works, pricing projects and seeing them through to completion.

Whether you've come from a surveying, estimating, contracts management or project management background, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role You'll take ownership of projects from the initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with clients, suppliers and installation teams.

Typical duties include: Carrying out site surveys.

Measuring works and preparing quotations.

Producing take-offs and tender returns.

Planning and managing flooring installations.

Ordering materials.

Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Managing project costs, programmes and profitability.

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
