We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems within our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair various electrical components. The Maintenance Electrician will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and ensuring minimal downtime in operations.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical components, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and installations.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure comprehensive facility upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks.
