Our client is a well respected contractor with a nationwide contract with a leading national waste services provider. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing a 50 week demolition of an anaerobic digestion facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Demolition professional with strong leadership and technical knowledge in demolition operations to join a reputable and growing Demolition business.
Responsibilities
- Manage a 50 week demolition project of an anaerobic digestion facility.
- Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards.
- Coordinate temporary works and ensure RAMS and health & safety compliance on live or high-profile sites.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, demolition engineers, and site operatives; prepare and present reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to demolition health and safety legislation and relevant standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential).
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification.
- Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high-profile sites.
- Strong knowledge of demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination.
- Ability to lead demolition site teams and liaise with clients, demolition engineers, and site operatives.
