Commercial Flooring Contracts Manager Leeds / Yorkshire region £55,000 £60,000 + 1015% Bonus + Company Car / Car Allowance An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established national commercial flooring and Facilities Management contractor as they launch and develop a new regional operation across Yorkshire. We're looking for an experienced commercial flooring professional who knows the industry inside out and is ready for an opportunity with considerably more scope than a traditional Contracts Manager position. This is a chance to get involved at the beginning of a new region, initially taking a hands-on role across clients, contracts and operational delivery before helping build a team around you as the business grows. The Role You will take responsibility for developing and delivering commercial flooring work across Yorkshire, working closely with the senior management team while having the autonomy to develop the region.
