Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery of our commercial ground source heat pump installations on-site. You will act as the key site-based representative for Hex Energy, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with our design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all site activities for ground source heat pump installations, including borehole drilling, manifold installation, and plant room setup. This could be across 1 or multiple sites.
- Ensure all contractors and subcontractors are working in compliance with project RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and health.
