Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery of our commercial ground source heat pump installations on-site. You will act as the key site-based representative for Hex Energy, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with our design specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all site activities for ground source heat pump installations, including borehole drilling, manifold installation, and plant room setup. This could be across 1 or multiple sites. Ensure all contractors and subcontractors are working in compliance with project RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and health
