You’ll be working on a range of exciting projects, including website and digital product design for startups and household names alike. You’ll be designing websites and other digital products from the ground up, implementing brand and UX design, creating design systems and working with user research, developers and the clients themselves to create high quality end products. We offer a flexible hybrid working environment including access to our offices in London.

We are an award winning experience design agency, helping organisations who are solving the world’s biggest problems by supporting their sustainability mission. At our heart are talented people, who represent a wealth of experience across tech, creative and business strategy. This gives us a unique understanding of business building and product design, combined with the passion to relentlessly improve. We’re driven by the collective responsibility to innovate and effect a positive impact on the world, whilst making sure we have fun in the process.

This role will be within our design team, working closely with a raft of other creative minds and experts in all functions of the agency. We expect you to be brimming with ideas, challenge yourself, to grow and develop, and create jaw-dropping designs.

We actively work with a range of clients, covering large product-focused work, smaller digital and print design projects and monthly retainers for both established names and marketplace challengers. Some weeks will be entirely focussed on large projects and pitches, whereas others will include getting stuck into smaller briefs and problem-solving for our retained clients.

You will need to be an expert at creative thinking, juggling priorities and working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry where things can change with little notice. There’s a lot of space to learn, grow, and supercharge your career.

What we absolutely need you to do:

  • Drive the design direction across website projects with the ability to produce polished work from inception through to completion.
  • Have a strong lean towards visual / UI design with an understanding of UX design.
  • Deliver high quality prototypes for user testing and client reviews.
  • Work with the creative & brand team to bring visual and verbal identities to life across products and websites.
  • Understand what is possible (both within technical scope and timeline), what is not and when to push the boundaries.
  • Make clear design decisions and be able to justify them to clients and the wider team.
  • Work hard, be passionate about what you do and have fun while you’re doing it.

What we’d like to see in you:

  • 3 years experience in a UI design role.
  • Extensive agency experience as a digital designer, having worked closely with different types of clients in a range of different industries.
  • A beautifully designed, diverse portfolio of work showing your versatility as a designer.
  • Highly proficient in Figma.
  • A deep understanding of design systems, component libraries and prototyping.
  • A clear understanding of user needs and requirements and how to meet these with your designs.
  • Ability to work with user research and analytics to create and improve products.
  • A creative mind able to strategise and execute ideas with other designers and members of the wider team.
  • Knowledge of how websites are built, a good understanding of the design to development process, and a constant advocacy for improving the process.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers and the development team to bring your designs to life and ensure high fidelity in the end product.
  • A good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote.
  • Knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, motion design and video also will help but are not required.
  • High standards when it comes to output / execution with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A cool head and able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Up to date knowledge of industry trends.
  • Good communicator and not afraid to bring new ideas to improve the design process.
