Role Overview We are seeking an organised and proactive Health & Safety Administrator. Key Responsibilities
- Daily Administration: Support the H&S Manager by managing and handling general administrative workflows.
- DSE Assessments: Complete Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments, recommend reasonable adjustments.
- Data & Spreadsheets: Assist with preparing reports, tracking data etc.
- Information Gathering: Collate information for risk assessments, incident/near-miss investigations, safety audits etc.
- Operational Support: Coordinate emergency evacuation arrangements, record PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans), and manage first aider records. Essential Requirements
- Proven experience performing and managing DSE Assessments and recommending workplace adjustments.
- Strong proficiency working with spreadsheets and reporting data to perform trend analysis.
- Excellent information gathering skills to accurately investigate incidents, audit safety compliance, and review risk assessments.
- Prior experience providing dedicated administrative support within a health and safety framework.
- Up to date DBS Certificate would be an advantage
