Heworth Grange School invites an experienced inclusion leader to join its senior pastoral team as Head of Inclusion & Student Support. You will lead strategic and operational inclusion provision, driving improved behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and engagement for vulnerable pupils.
This permanent role includes a Grade 11 salary (£39,498–£42,282), start date September 2026, and the opportunity to develop multi‑agency partnerships, oversee the Innovation Centre and lead a dedicated pastoral staff.
