This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. This role is responsible for marketing to the channel audience for the UKIMEA region across all partner types, including Resellers, Distributors, Service Providers (SP), OEM, System Integrators (SI), and Independent Software Vendors (ISV). The role serves as the marketing partner to UKIMEA Channel leadership, shaping the 'To' Channel Marketing strategy and driving awareness, preference and revenue through the partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the 'To' Channel marketing plan aligned to business objectives, including execution of activity that increases awareness of HPE within the channel market and tactical activity that drives short term demand and revenue.
- Develop 'to channel' messaging architecture for each partner type and persona to drive HPE solution areas.
- Build and execute the UKIMEA channel communication strategy working with WW Sales, WW Partner Marketing, and country channel leaders.
- Work with WW Channel & Partner Ecosystem teams to drive understanding and adoption of the HPE Partner Ready Vantage programme in UKIMEA.
- Align closely with in-country Partner Marketing Managers to activate and amplify 'to channel' marketing activities.
- Define metrics of success and measure progress with key performance indicators.
- Effectively manage relationships with external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and resources are used effectively.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree within the last 12 months with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1 year's Industry experience preferred (e.g. via a placement or internships).
Knowledge and Skills
- A good understanding of the IT channel market and business drivers.
- Experience in marketing or communications will be an advantage.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technology solutions to different audiences.
- Confident to influence senior stakeholders.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric with a strong sense of ownership, innovation and initiative.
- Comfortable engaging directly with partners at all levels during events, briefings, and roundtables.
