Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers on strategic opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Lead technical discovery workshops and solution design activities
- Deliver product demonstrations and executive presentations
- Run proof-of-concept engagements and technical evaluations
- Support large and complex sales opportunities
- Influence customer networking and security strategies
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers
- Act as subject matter expert across key networking technologies
Key requirements
- 5+ years in networking, pre-sales, consulting or customer-facing technical roles
- Strong enterprise networking background
- Proven experience engaging directly with customers
- Ability to translate business and technical challenges into solutions
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skills
- Experience leading proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
