Data Services & Storage is a business unit within HPE, delivering unified, AI-driven cloud native solutions for data management, protection, and storage—enabling seamless hybrid cloud operations for our customers.
How Will You Make Your Mark:
- You will play a key part in assisting our sales & presales colleagues in managing their sales opportunities.
- You will take on reporting responsibilities, providing updates on sales/presales activity within the team.
- You will have opportunities to get involved in a variety of projects across the department e.g. managing corporate hospitality activities for our customers, partners and distributors, supporting with live sales opportunities, and many more.
- You will be continually supported in developing your skills and expertise with the support of a designated mentor and our Early Careers development programme.
- When you join you will receive a 4 week ‘hand over’ period from the current intern in the position to help you establish yourself in this role.
- You will be working closely alongside the other Sales & Presales Support Interns who are also based in Manchester.
If you are…
- Potential interns must be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement, and are expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
- Keen to develop your skills and interested in building a career in technology business operations or sales.
- Organised and able to effectively manage your time.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and database management. Excel and PowerPoint especially would be beneficial.
- Fluent in English.
