How You’ll Make Your Mark:
- Play a key role in assisting sales teams in managing opportunities and driving business success.
- Learn about HPE - its strategy, structure, and sales governance - while gaining hands-on experience with leading tools such as Salesforce & Power BI.
- Take ownership of forecasting and reporting responsibilities that support decision-making and provide visibility into team performance.
- Contribute to projects and wider HPE initiatives, including Innovation Challenges such as Innovation Incubator, where you’ll have space to suggest improvements and add real value.
- Receive a structured four-week handover and ongoing mentorship, ensuring you’re supported from day one through continuous feedback and guidance.
If you are:
- In your second year of a four-year degree that includes (or offers) a placement year.
- Eligible to work in the UK and available to start your 13-month placement in July 2026.
- On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 grade.
- Keen to develop your skills and build a career in technology, business operations or sales.
- Highly organized and capable of managing your time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management; Excel and PowerPoint skills are especially beneficial.
- Fluent in English.
