Overview
In this role, you accelerate Campus & Branch growth through the global channel, partnering with PAMs, PSEs, distributors, and channel partners to build pipeline and enable adoption of AI-native solutions. You will support regional growth initiatives, partner enablement, and solution positioning to drive outcomes for customers and partners. You’ll blend networking know‑how with business acumen to identify opportunities and advance customer value. This position offers cross‑functional collaboration and impact in a cutting‑edge AI networking space.

Responsibilities
- Execute Campus & Branch channel growth initiatives to generate pipeline and revenue
- Drive AI networking adoption and modernization of Campus & Branch solutions
- Identify and support competitive displacement and migration opportunities
- Support regional sales plays and PAM activation
- Identify, qualify, and progress strategic partner opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and competitive differentiation throughout the sales cycle
- Assist partners in developing customer architectures and adoption strategies
- Develop and deliver partner technical enablement, certification, demos, PoC, and readiness programs
- Deliver technical workshops and partner activation activities
- Build partner competency and enable cross-sell across the portfolio
Key requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Networking/Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Deep enterprise networking expertise (campus switching, wireless, cloud-managed solutions)
- Strong understanding of AI-driven networking technologies and operations
- Experience with channel partners, integrators, service providers, and distributors
- Ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
