This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Joining HPE in a Sales Strategy and Planning graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program supporting the UKIMEA region in which you will define, manage and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives and develops data-driven analyses to optimise resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

Start Date : Summer 2026

What you’ll do :

During the graduate program, you will:

  • Support data and business analysis to develop business plans.
  • Support the development of statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting.
  • Measure business performance and compare actual data to forecasted values.
  • Execute market research projects and gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the data collection process.

What you’ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2026 with a focus in business, management, marketing, economics or related degree
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience
  • You have knowledge of research and project management methodologies
  • You are an analytical thinker with technical analysis and data manipulation skills
  • You are highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, statistical analysis and financial modelling
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
