b Overview /b p As Senior Director of Zerto Product Management at HPE, you will set the end-to-end vision and lifecycle for Zerto Software, guiding strategy, execution, and business outcomes. You’ll lead a geographically dispersed PM organization and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and partners to deliver differentiated, enterprise-grade resilience and mobility solutions. Your work directly supports HPE’s cyber resilience portfolio and expands Zerto’s role in hybrid-cloud environments. This is a high-impact GM-style leadership role driving growth and value across the portfolio. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li health wellbeing benefits /li li personal professional development programs /li li unconditional inclusion and flexible work /li li career growth opportunities /li li collaborative culture /li li global impact /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization with clear accountability and KPIs /li li Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Zerto Software and related offerings /li li Enable adjacent HPE offerings to derive value from Zerto Software and identify improvement opportunities /li li Translate market and customer insights into prioritized requirements balancing short- and long-term needs /li li Define market segmentation, value propositions, packaging, and commercial strategies /li li Define commercial model, pricing strategy, and contribute to discount targets /li li Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Support, and Services for releases /li li Partner with Marketing, Enablement, and GTM to create sales tools and messaging /li li Act as trusted advisor to leadership and Sales; present to executives and stakeholders /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA/MS or equivalent preferred /li li 15+ years of experience in enterprise cyber resilience, data protection, or related software domains /li li Proven GM-style product management leadership with experience managing senior PMs across dispersed teams /li li Strong customer and market orientation with ability to translate insights into differentiated features and outcomes /li li Strong technical acumen with solid business judgment and commercial understanding /li li Experience shaping holistic business plans and investment decisions /li li Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Services, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, GTM, and Sales /li li Excellent communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex topics /li li Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive corrective actions /li li Bias for action, collaboration, judgment, and pragmatic problem-solving /li /ul ul li strong communication and executive presence /li li collaboration across globally distributed teams /li li influencing and negotiation /li li enterprise cyber resilience and data protection /li li virtualization and containers /li li product management for software and services /li /ul
