What you\'ll do
- Partner closely with Sales, Presales, and Channel teams to support customer engagements across the full sales lifecycle.
- Learn to understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical solution designs using HPE\'s portfolio (compute, storage, networking, cloud, and services).
- Support the development of customer presentations, solution proposals, and demonstrations, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in solution sizing, configuration, and architecture under the guidance of senior Presales professionals.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to build confidence in customer‑facing environments.
- Contribute to proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and technical validations where required.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge through formal training, certifications, and on‑the‑job learning.
- Collaborate across teams to capture feedback from customers and help improve how we position and deliver our solutions.
Qualifications
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 12 months in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Up to 12 months of relevant experience (internships, placements, projects, or part‑time roles welcome).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- A genuine interest in enterprise technology and how it supports business outcomes.
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve.
Preferred skills
- Curiosity about emerging technologies (cloud, AI, data, sustainability, security).
- The confidence to engage in discussions, even when you do not yet have all the answers.
- Experience working in teams, whether through university projects, societies, or extracurricular activities.
