The role is responsible for defining and executing commercial strategies across major retail partners, driving growth across omnichannel environments while aligning local execution with broader EMEA and global priorities. It also supports senior leadership in developing strategic sales and pricing plans, while overseeing the sales team to achieve growth and profitability targets. Acting as a trusted advisor to customer leaders, the role manages resource allocation and ensures adherence to legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
