You’ll bridge between sales, partners, and product teams to drive successful deployments and customer outcomes. You’ll lead technical demonstrations, PoCs, and architecture designs that translate business goals into technical success. This role offers impact across large, complex environments and a chance to shape cloud-native, AI-driven operations for CSP/MSP customers. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Health wellbeing benefits /li li Career and professional development programs /li li Inclusive, flexible culture /li li Hybrid/remote work options /li li Collaborative, cross-team environment /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Partner with sales and pre-sales to deliver in-depth technical presentations and lead proofs of concept. /li li Guide customers through deployments and initial software implementations, acting as the technical bridge to development. /li li Communicate customer and prospect feedback to Product/Development to influence the roadmap. /li li Possess strong understanding of IT operations, cloud-native market, and enterprise networking to act as trusted advisor. /li li Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences. /li li Craft innovative solutions to solve complex customer challenges and manage proofs of value. /li li Lead technical POCs and collaborate across sales and technical teams. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience /li li Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, and other container technologies /li li Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, security) /li li Experience with SDN, network virtualization, overlays/underlays, VXLAN/EVPN, and network automation /li li Some programming skills (Java, Python, PHP, JSON, NodeJS, JavaScript) /li li Knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, and observability /li li Strong written and oral communication, and customer-facing presentation skills /li li Ability to design implementation architectures and deliver POCs /li /ul ul li strong communication and storytelling /li li consultative selling and business-value articulation /li li ability to influence and manage objections /li li Docker /li li Kubernetes /li li Mesos /li /ul
