As OS Sales Director for UKIMEA, you'll be at the forefront of a dynamic three‑year transformation pivoting from a traditional specialist‑led approach to a fast‑paced, digitally enabled sales organization. Responsibilities
- Champion the shift to a digital‑first sales operating model leveraging cutting‑edge automation, self‑service tools, and data‑driven account planning to accelerate results and unlock new opportunities.
- Develop and energize world‑class sales talent across OS Specialists, Digital Sales Representatives, and presales, focusing on high‑value enterprise, commercial, and SMB segments.
- Forge powerful relationships internally with Business Units, Channel Partners, and Customer Success Managers, and externally, building trust and influence with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead the rollout of renewal automation (Renewtrak, SFDC Autoload) and scalable digital sales programs, delivering best‑in‑class experiences and increasing operational agility.
- Optimize account coverage, quota, and resource allocation, ensuring teams win across complex, multi‑country portfolios and driving exemplary sales discipline with data‑driven performance management.
- Instill a culture of high achievement, continuous learning, and agile change management, driving business growth, market share, and customer retention.
- Empower teams to deliver compelling solutions across the services lifecycle, focusing on upsell, managed services, and Tech Care expansion to maximize customer value.
- Utilize leading indicators and proactive reporting to drive retention, Net Dollar Retention (NDR), and predict market trends, steering the business with confidence and precision.
