We’re looking for a driven UK Defence Digital Sales Representative to join our team and help grow key accounts within a fast‑paced and highly innovative environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their sales skills, work with cutting‑edge digital solutions, and build strong customer relationships across the UK Defence landscape as part of an energetic and experienced sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, following defined account strategies and plans as part of a larger account team
- Sell standard digital solutions either independently or in partnership with field sales teams
- Develop account plans for low‑to‑medium complexity customers
- Identify, generate and qualify new leads, passing them to the Inside Sales team where appropriate
- Build and maintain a strong, targeted sales pipeline
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in IT, Business, Sales, or a related field
- 0‑3 years of relevant work experience – ideal for someone looking to build a sales career
- A foundational understanding of digital products, services and industry trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A proactive approach to relationship building – hunting for new opportunities or nurturing existing accounts
