Job Description:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, developing trusted relationships and delivering real business value.
- Create and execute account plans that align customer needs with HPE's technology solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and close new leads—either directly or alongside field sales and channel partners.
- Stay close to your clients' priorities, understanding their challenges and positioning HPE as the trusted partner that helps them achieve more.
- Use insights and analytics to build your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive results.
- Collaborate across teams—marketing, technical, and partner organizations—to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)—ideally in business, technology, or a related field.
- Around 2–6 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- A strong interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Solid understanding of how to build, retain, and grow customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative mindset—you thrive in a team and lift others as you go.
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce tools to track and manage customer interactions.
