  • Drive services opportunities, including smaller outsourcing deals and high‐value contract renewals
  • Establish trusted, consultative relationships with customers, including C‐level stakeholders
  • Leverage cross‐portfolio knowledge to support integrated solution selling
  • Maintain strong understanding of IT frameworks, CIO priorities, budgets, and metrics
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and partner offerings to maintain executive credibility

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding complex, high‐value sales quotas
  • Experience selling across hardware, software, and services portfolios
  • Strong project management and deal‐orchestration skills
  • Recognised internally and externally as a subject matter expert
  • Experience mentoring others on sales strategy and solution design
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

Skills & Expertise

  • Confidence engaging at C‐suite level alongside account leadership
  • Strategic planning capability with the ability to build compelling business cases
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution to drive predictable revenue
  • Successful experience working with partners and system integrators
  • Strong forecasting and CRM discipline (Siebel or equivalent)

Scope & Impact
