About the Role: The UK&I Marketing Specialist- Enterprise plays a critical role in driving growth for HPE Networking across the region. This position is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class integrated marketing programs that align tightly with our enterprise sales teams to accelerate demand, elevate brand visibility, and drive revenue. Reporting to the UK&I Marketing Manager, you will serve as a strategic marketing partner for the Enterprise sales teams—delivering impactful marketing initiatives, executive field engagements, and demand-generation programs that strengthen HPE Networking’s position in the UK Enterprise market.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Partnership: Act as a trusted marketing liaison working closely with Enterprise Sales Leader and Account Executives to align programs with business objectives, drive customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline.
- Integrated Field Marketing: Build and execute end-to-end field marketing plans tailored to the Enterprise UK&I market, incorporating ABM, events and tactical sales motions that enhance visibility and growth for HPE Networking’s solutions portfolio.
- ABM Strategy & Execution: Design and deliver high-impact account-based marketing campaigns targeting key enterprise accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with sales strategies and deliver measurable contribution to pipeline.
- Event Leadership: Own the planning and execution of field marketing activities—ranging from executive roundtables and customer briefings to large-scale trade shows and Industry events—ensuring exceptional audience experience and ROI.
- Demand Generation: Partner closely with global and regional teams to build demand‑gen programs leveraging digital, content marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion for the Networking portfolio.
- Performance & Insights: Track KPIs, analyze campaign impact, and use data‑driven insights to refine strategy and optimize marketing performance across all touchpoints.

- 5+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within networking, enterprise IT, or technology infrastructure companies.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with complex B2B sales motions.
- Strong understanding of the IT networking, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure ecosystem—including verticals like Retail, FSI and Manufacturing.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven Demand Generation & Database Growth: Successfully transformed lead generation performance, growing the client database with partnerships with media relations, commercial sales, and Pan HPE partnerships.
High‑Impact Event Marketing: Delivers on targeted client networking events annually while securing across team’s partnerships and collaboration, strengthening market presence and supporting pipeline creation.
Strategic Brand Transformation: Lead a UKI brand market awareness ambition, aligning messaging and visual identity with global standards—demonstrating leadership, stakeholder influence, and project management capability.
