Job Description:

The Partner Development Account Representative (PDAR) is responsible for developing and growing HPE Financial Services business through assigned channel partners, distributors and customers. This is a quota-carrying role combining partner development, business development, account management and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partner business plans to increase HPEFS revenue and enablement rates.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner executives, sales leadership and account teams.
  • Prospect, qualify, develop, propose, negotiate and close HPEFS opportunities.
  • Position financing, leasing, asset lifecycle, recovery and sustainability solutions.
  • Educate and enable partner, HPE & HPI sales teams through training and workshops.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with credit, legal, operations and sales teams to execute successful transactions.
  • Meet or exceed margin and financing volume targets.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management or channel management.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
  • 5 years+ financial services experience, gained within the Channel.
