We are looking for an ambitious sales and analytics associate to join our Large Format Print (LFP) team in UK & Ireland. You will work closely with a high‑performing team of six sales specialists, supporting the growth of HP’s DesignJet and Latex portfolios across hardware, supplies, and services. This role offers outstanding exposure to the local UK&I organisation as well as close collaboration with Large Format HQ in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities:- Analyse market and business data to generate actionable insights that support sales growth and decision‑making.
- Provide office‑based sales support to the Partner Sales team, including online marketing initiatives, sales tools, and partner communications.
- Identify customer behaviour patterns and performance trends to improve sales efficiency and execution.
- Support HP’s key strategic initiatives by identifying gaps and opportunities across the UK&I partner portfolio.
- Build strong working relationships with Category Management and Product Management teams, supporting the successful introduction of new technologies to market.
- Enable partner‑facing activities that deepen understanding of HP’s Large Format Print portfolio and value proposition.
- Drive profitable growth across the DesignJet and Latex businesses, aligned to bi‑annual sales quotas.
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing to bring new programs and initiatives to life, acting as a key stakeholder from concept to launch.
- Consolidate and coordinate local sales activities, including sales training days, incentives, and partner programs.
- Support and attend local trade shows and partner events when required.
- Report directly to the UK&I Country Lead.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Ability to live and work in the UK, with a hybrid working model and regular travel to Reading and London.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the business.
- Experience or interest in Large Format Print or related technology markets in UK&I is an advantage.
