This role will be critical to drive clear & impactful communications to employees across EMEA, as well as drive employee engagement through communication channels (Communities, Newsletters, Webinars, Web etc.).This role is responsible for developing and evaluating communication strategies, understanding the needs of various internal audiences, organizing internal engagement events, and tracking results. Additionally, the role will support on managing internal governance, and contribute to operational and strategic plans. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have experience of delivering impactful communication strategies, and be capable of managing executive communications and handling sensitive information.**Responsibilities** • Develops, drives, and evaluates employee communications strategies and programs to drive desired behavior. • Understands the communications needs of various internal audiences including field, senior leaders, HR, first-level managers, business employees, and crafts messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes. • Leads organizing internal events, meetings, and town halls to foster employee engagement and alignment with company objectives. • Leads tracking, measuring, and reporting of success factors such as web traffic, readership measures, pulse surveys, etc. • Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive-level information. • Leads analysis of feedback from field employees and supports providing recommendations to improve communication channels and resources. • Participates in external communication efforts, including managing media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management. • Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently. • Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans. **Education & Experience Recommended** • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in employee communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience. **Preferred Certifications** NA **Knowledge & Skills** • Business Priorities • Business Strategies • Change Management • Communication Strategies • Content Creation • Corporate Communications • Editorial Calendar • Employee Communications • Employee Engagement • Internal Communications • Intranet • Journalism • Marketing • Microsoft SharePoint • Newsletters • Proofreading • Public Relations • Social Media • Storytelling • Strategic Communication **Cross-Org Skills** • Effective Communication • Results Orientation • Learning Agility • Digital Fluency • Customer Centricity **Impact & Scope** • Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. **Complexity** • Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines. **Disclaimer** • This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
