This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. HPE is looking for a Software Engineering Resolution Engineer to join our global service HPC team. This Service Engineer role provides support for high performance computing cluster management on a variety of supercomputer and cluster-based products. The focus is on tracking, communicating, troubleshooting, testing issues/fixes, analyzing Linux, and performance issues tied to the Cray System Management (CSM) software and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, reproduce, isolate and resolve issues pertaining to Programming Environment and Workload Managers (Slurm/PBS).
- Provide technical support for customer reported issues escalated to Level 3 support.
- Escalate unresolved issues internally to HPE.
