- Collaborate with field sales teams and partners to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Understand client requirements and leverage strong knowledge of the company's product and services portfolio to position solutions competitively.
- Drive both new customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Lead targeted pipeline-building initiatives and manage forecasting with a data-driven approach.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members where appropriate.

- 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Public Sector or industry-related experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
- Demonstrated experience in account management, customer acquisition, retention, and development.
- Strong working knowledge of the organisation's products, services, and solutions.
- Understanding of IT and industry-specific technologies and how they solve customer business challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead or collaborate within a cross-functional sales environment.
- Skilled in both hunter (new business) and farmer (relationship-based) sales approaches, depending on account strategy.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to manage account data effectively.
Why Join Us?
- Opportunity to influence digital transformation across the Public Sector.
- Collaborative, growth-focused culture.
- Exposure to innovative technologies and strategic customer engagements.
- Career development opportunities in a global organisation.
