This role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives within the organization. Working within the Office of the MD there are a number of tasks and projects that cover the GTM and wider organisation.
Responsibilities- ELT review preparation work and follow up
- AEM co-ordination including content creation
- UKI communications
- Managing events from OFMD with our partners/retailers and customers
- UK&I Kick-off support with planning and execution
- Early Careers initiatives – such as the World of Work initiative
- Working with the intern on day to day tasks supporting them in their role
Helps in ensuring that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Supports communication of the plan and progress to various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners. Ensures that all business plans and initiatives adhere to legal and ethical standards, while also monitoring regulatory changes and compliance requirements. Suggests business plan recommendations based on thorough assessments of potential risks and returns.
Education & Experience Recommended- Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
