In this HPC & AI Presales role you will help customers address complex business challenges with cutting-edge technology. You’ll work closely with sales, customers, and partners to shape technical solutions that deliver business value. You’ll design architectures, demonstrate capabilities, and guide customers through their buying journey. This hybrid UK role offers exposure to enterprise customers and opportunities to grow in a global technology organisation.

Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions and customer proposals for HPC and AI opportunities
- Collaborate with sales to translate requirements into effective technical designs
- Design solution architectures that align with performance, budget, and business goals
- Deliver product demos, presentations, POCs, and solution walkthroughs
- Stay informed on HPC/AI trends and competitors
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support pipeline growth
- Support sales with technical validation, solution positioning, and opportunity management
- Participate in forecast and pipeline reviews
- Document activities and share best practices with colleagues and partners
Key requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Interest in HPC, AI, cloud computing, infrastructure, or data centre technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
