Job Description: We seek a skilled SASE Sales Leader to guide our sales team in delivering innovative security access service edge (SASE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SASE and SSE technologies, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This role involves driving the EMEA sales strategy, aligning with industry best practices and customer needs.

Networking & Executives: Manage a team of SASE sales professionals, set direction, manage deliverables, achieve revenue and expense goals. Build strategic relationships externally with clients and internally within the company. Develop talent within the organization and oversee team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth, market share, and revenue increases.
  • Coordinate sales activities and set quotas and goals.
  • Develop tactics for new sales generation and optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure effective sales coverage through direct and partner channels.
  • Develop sales talent and implement pipeline management.
  • Build consultative relationships with customers and proactively manage change.
  • Support sales teams in developing key account opportunities.
  • Use Account Business Planning for long-term growth.
  • Enhance solution selling capabilities and resource deployment.
  • Engage with industry and community leadership, leverage global sales teams, and manage resource planning.
  • Create a performance-driven sales culture that attracts top talent.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years leading teams of 50+ people.
  • 15+ years in sales, with 3+ years in SASE/SSE technologies.
  • Experience in SaaS/subscription sales and business growth.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strategic sales planning, budget management, and P&L oversight.
  • Vertical industry knowledge, workforce planning, execution management.
