As aManufacturing Test Engineer – Network, you\’ll be part of a small, agile, and adaptive engineering team driving innovation within our manufacturing operations.
Your role will focus onHPE Network products, ensuring their seamless support throughout the remanufacturing process. From designing end-to-end processes that maximize efficiency to solving complex challenges, your work will directly impact our business and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:
- Accelerate automationand implement corporate-standard testing to optimize processes.
- Develop and maintainsanitization and testing strategiesfor inbound and outbound product flows.
- Manage theintroduction and lifecycleof assigned product sets, ensuring seamless operations.
- Resolvecustomer issuesand implement strategies to mitigate short- and long-term impacts.
- Analyse data toevaluate performance trendsand identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensureprocess documentationremains compliant with required accreditations.
- Represent engineering incross-functional reviews, driving technical insights and innovation.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Typically, 4 years + experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and Perl programming, with experience developing scripts for automation and testing in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Strong technical knowledge in networking technologies, including VLAN configuration, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and network troubleshooting tools, with familiarity with HPE Aruba networking solutions and associated hardware/software (or 3rd party equivalent technologies)
- Knowledge of industry-standard data sanitization techniques and applicable standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in understanding material properties, hardware design, and electrical component manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with mastery in English and the ability to craft clear technical documentation and reports.
- Proven ability to communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results effectively to stakeholders, and negotiate options at various management levels.
