Work with one or more assigned account managers to grow the enterprise networking business in a customer vertical, supporting the wider team as required.
Develop knowledge across the HPE Networking portfolio, with subject matter expertise in at least one technology.
Consultative Selling:
- Become a trusted adviser to customers.
- Deliver compelling demos of HPE Networking solutions.
- Lead whiteboard discussions to solve customer network and security challenges.
- Guide customers and partners through proof of concept activities that demonstrate the value of HPE Networking solutions.
- Complete RFP responses and build BoMs for relevant sales opportunities. Capture new customer or industry requirements and trends and feed this into product management teams.
Working independently, knowing when to escalate and pull in support from the wider team when required.
Build, develop, and maintain trusted and professional relationships with customer technical stakeholders and partner community.
Continuously learn and stay ahead of the industry and competitive solutions, products, and services.

Hands-on experience working with two or more of the following technologies:
- Enterprise Wi-Fi
- Campus and branch switching
- Data centre switching, including EVPN-VXLAN
- WAN routing, including BGP and MPLS
- Firewalls and IPsec VPNs
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- SD-WAN
- Secure Services Edge solutions
Hands-on experience of HPE Juniper Networking or HPE Aruba Networking will be a significant advantage, but is not essential.
A relevant university degree is an advantage but is not necessary to be considered.
2+ years of pre-sales experience in networking or security, although customer-facing professional services experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to discuss technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
