In the GTM advanced analytics COE, our mission is to deliver impact by building machine learning (ML) products to optimize pricing, marketing investments and provide guidance to our sales organization.

We are looking for an experienced project manager who can help a ~150 FTE organization implement change and support managerial change and processes.

What you will do:

  • Help set the KPI system to encourage collaboration and performance;
  • Run the target setting and benefits measuring process;
  • Structure and run change management programs that help create a better team (e.g. construction of training program, definition of work from home policy, head count allocation … etc);
  • Help guide on project scope, definition, and performance criteria to ensure alignment with business strategy;
  • Develop and own accurate project timelines, master project calendar, work-back schedules;
  • Exercise strategic thinking in prioritizing workload, as well as proper escalation to leadership;

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of proven track record of successful project management/consulting/chief of staff;
  • Self-starter & flexible, works in partnership with senior leadership;
  • Ability to influence and lead teams;
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
