Based in Manchester, Hewitt Banks, is a fast-growing, boutique tech staffing firm. Founded just over a year ago and we’ve already built a strong client base of tier 1 VC backed start-ups, generating 6+ figures in revenue with just a 2-person team.

We take pride in being ethical recruiters, treating our clients and candidates with transparency and integrity, and managing our team with the same values. We specialise in hiring for software engineering and GTM roles in both the UK and US.

💼 About the Role

We’re now looking for our first Tech Resourcer to join us and help scale our delivery operations, while learning directly from two deeply experienced recruitment leaders. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent. You’ll support urgent searches, maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, and learn how to eventually run a full 360 desk. This is a rare opportunity to grow with a high-impact start-up and directly shape how we scale.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 0.5 to 3 years of sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about technology and the talent market
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across 2–3 roles at a time
• Ambition to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or team leader

Nice to Have –Basic understanding of software hiring and sourcing

💰 What We Offer?

• £25,000 to £28,000 base salary + commission (expected OTE circa £50,000)
• Monthly uncapped commission with no threshold
• Fully Remote switching to hybrid (2 days a week in our Manchester office)
• Eligible for company shares after 4 years of service
