Temporary Telesales Executive
Central Worcester | Hybrid Working | £16.00 - £18.00 per hour | Temporary | Immediate Start
We're recruiting an experienced Telesales Executive, Appointment Setter, Lead Generator or SDR to help a growing Worcester-based business manage a backlog of warm enquiries.
This is not a cold-calling or high-pressure sales role. You'll speak with prospective customers, understand their needs, qualify opportunities and arrange appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads and existing enquiries
- Build rapport and qualify opportunities
- Book discovery calls and appointments
- Update customer records on the CRM system
- Ensure accurate data management and GDPR compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing or internal sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
