Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 3pm
Initially fully office based, hybrid options available after 6 Months

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and collaborative customer service team in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and experience working within a fast-paced office environment.
Following completion of a successful six-month probation period, you'll benefit from a hybrid working arrangement with up to two days per week working remotely.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders, supporting account activity, and building strong working relationships with clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries relating to orders, product information and technical specifications
- Managing customer accounts and developing strong professional relationships
- Processing and monitoring customer orders through to fulfilment
- Investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and order efficiency
- Supporting sales and business development initiatives through customer engagement
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Maintaining accurate customer records and activity using CRM and ERP systems
- Contributing to process improvement and continuous improvement projects
About You

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support, Internal Sales, Account Management or Sales Support role
- Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient IT skills and confidence learning new systems
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, technical or industrial environment
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous
- Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
