We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and highly regarded hospitality and events business that specialises in delivering high‑quality wedding catering and event experiences. Our client is seeking a Wedding Co‑ordinator to join their team on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, client‑focused individual with a passion for weddings, events and exceptional service.
The Role
As Wedding Co‑ordinator, you will play a central role in the planning and delivery of weddings, acting as the main point of contact for couples and ensuring each event runs smoothly from initial planning through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing wedding enquiries and supporting clients throughout the planning process
- Coordinating multiple weddings and events simultaneously
- Creating and managing event timelines, schedules and logistics
- Liaising with venues, suppliers and internal catering teams
- Overseeing wedding days and handling any issues professionally and calmly
- Ensuring all events are delivered to a consistently high standard
