We're recruiting on behalf of an Outstanding Alternative Provision Secondary School in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while leading the school's business operations on a temporary, ongoing basis (initially 6 weeks).
About the Role
You’ll manage finance, HR, ICT, premises, and compliance, keeping the school running smoothly so teaching staff can focus on what they do best – transforming young lives. You’ll also be part of the senior leadership team, helping shape strategy and school improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial management, budgeting, and procurement
- Manage HR, recruitment, staff development, and payroll
- Oversee compliance, health & safety, and data protection
- Support leadership in strategic planning and school improvement
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the school office
About You
- Degree in business, accountancy, or related field (SBM Level 4 desirable)
- Leadership experience in a school or similar setting
