Financial Controller - Temporary
Rugby | £25-£30 per hour | 3 months | ASAP start
Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm | Friday 8am-1pm | Office based
We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to join an established manufacturing business in Rugby on a 3-month temporary contract.
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, working closely with site management and ensuring accurate reporting, controls and manufacturing finance.
Key responsibilities:
- Month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Cost accounting, standard costing and variance analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Working capital and inventory control
- Financial reporting and internal controls
- Providing financial insight to site management
- Supporting audit requirements
About you:
- Previous Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Site Accountant or Manufacturing Accountant experience
- Strong manufacturing finance experience
- Confident with costing, month-end, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong Excel skills
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified/part-qualified or qualified by experience
- Able to hit the ground running and work independently
- Available to start at short notice
£25-£30 per hour, 3-month temporary contract with an ASAP start.
