We are currently recruiting for multiple permanent Production Operative positions across a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Redditch. These are straight permanent opportunities offering long-term stability, overtime availability and excellent opportunities to join a busy and supportive production environment.
Shift Options & Pay Rates
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 05:00am - 13:30pm, £13.04 per hour
- Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:30pm - 23:00pm, £13.04 per hour plus £6.50 per day shift allowance
Duties May Include
- Operating manufacturing and production machinery
- Assembly and production line work
- Quality inspection and checking
- General production duties
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Working towards production targets
