Hours: 08:30 - 05:00 PM - 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
Hybrid work model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Hewett Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client to recruit an E-Commerce and Special Project Coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project management and eCommerce skills whilst supporting their European operations.
The Role
This position will focus on supporting the Global eCommerce team with driving improvements and engagement, alongside coordinating well-defined projects across the business.
Key Duties Will Include:
- Supporting the Global eCommerce team with driving improvements and engagement within the European region
- Providing support to European IAM region customers as defined by business needs
- Coordinating and supporting well-defined projects using effective project management practices
- Identifying, tracking, and working collaboratively to resolve project issues
- Monitoring and communicating project status to project teams
- Assisting with project risk management using quality tools
- Providing research and analytical support for projects
- Contributing to the design and development of project plans and timelines
- Maintaining project notes, databases, and records
- Documenting and sharing team learnings to enhance project success
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous eCommerce experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage complexity
- Excellent communication skills across different audiences
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, and risks
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Resourceful approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
