We are currently recruiting a Quality Assessment Operative to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment in Kidderminster. This role focuses on quality checking goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining standards across incoming and outgoing stock. Quality Assessment Operative - Duties & Responsibilities:- Conduct visual inspections of all incoming goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies
- Document and report any quality issues in line with company procedures
- Ensure outgoing stock meets company quality standards before dispatch
- Use internal systems to accurately record quality checks and inventory data
- Support the team in maintaining clean, safe, and organised workspaces
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and service teams to identify and resolve issues
- Uphold health and safety procedures during all manual handling and inspection tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic IT knowledge (comfortable using in-house systems for logging and reporting)
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
