Monday to Friday, Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week

Salary Circa £29,500

Are you an experienced Administrator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator looking for a varied role within a busy project environment?

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project & Operations Administrator to support the successful delivery of refurbishment and improvement projects across multiple sites throughout the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management, suppliers and project teams, providing essential administrative, financial and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project budgets and financial tracking spreadsheets
  • Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices
  • Obtain supplier quotations and track deliveries
  • Monitor project timelines and action trackers
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
  • Produce project reports and update project records
  • Maintain compliance and health & safety documentation
  • Organise training records and certification updates
  • Manage digital filing systems and archive project documents
  • Support basic website updates and general office administration

About You

We are interested in candidates with experience in:

You’ll also have:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive and professional approach
