Shop Floor Supervisor / Production Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor

Hewett Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing business in Kidderminster.
This is a hands‑on supervisory role leading a team of approximately 12 operatives within a fast‑paced production and warehouse environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards and promoting a safe, productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a team of production and warehouse operatives
- Ensure daily production targets and operational plans are achieved
- Monitor attendance, performance and productivity
- Provide coaching, guidance and day‑to‑day supervision
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Accurately record production and operational data
- Resolve shop floor issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Shop Floor Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Production Team Leader
- Experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse or industrial environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Proactive approach with the confidence to make decisions
