Production Planner
Location: Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd, LL41 3RY
Salary: £16.92 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Fixed Term Contract for 12-18 months

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Planner to join a fast-paced and growing extrusion manufacturing facility in Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic production environment and wants to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and managing daily and weekly production schedules for extrusion operations
- Ensuring production plans align with customer demand and delivery targets
- Coordinating with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed
- Monitoring progress against schedules and quickly resolving planning challenges
- Maintaining accurate production data using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Working closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Production Planner or Production Scheduling role
- Experience in extrusion manufacturing is highly desirable but not essential
- Essential strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook,
- ERP/MRP systems (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who enjoys working across teams
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
