We are looking for a Production Operative based in Hartlebury.
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am shifts, 4 on 4 off pattern. The suitable candidate must be able to commit to 12 hour shifts covering nights and weekends.
Pay: Β£14.69 - Β£19.83 depending on shift (Overtime available)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance and cleaning on plan as required
- Machine minding
- Monitor and record production parameters
- Communicate with management and peers regarding production requirements
- Work to a high level of quality
- Flexibility to cover operatives and take on new tasks
- Carry out occasional machinery checks
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience within a production and manufacturing environment is essential.
- Working within a clean room environment with food or chemicals would be advantageous.
