We are looking for a Production Operative based in Hartlebury.

Hours: Monday to Sunday, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am shifts, 4 on 4 off pattern. The suitable candidate must be able to commit to 12 hour shifts covering nights and weekends.

Pay: Β£14.69 - Β£19.83 depending on shift (Overtime available)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance and cleaning on plan as required
  • Machine minding
  • Monitor and record production parameters
  • Communicate with management and peers regarding production requirements
  • Work to a high level of quality
  • Flexibility to cover operatives and take on new tasks
  • Carry out occasional machinery checks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a production and manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Working within a clean room environment with food or chemicals would be advantageous.
