My client is a well-established company that creates and distributes products across the world. They are currently seeking a Production Manager to join their existing team. As a Production Manager, your role will focus on developing and implementing production strategies, drive continuous improvement across the site and ensure that production targets are met.
Production Manager Responsibilities;
- Lead and develop the manufacturing team
- Create and implement production strategies
- Set and ensure that production targets are achieved
- Drive continuous improvement across the site
- Assist with product development and oversee NPI projects
- Ensuring that all safety, health and environment policies are maintained
- Provide technical support to the wider team
Production Manager Experience;
- Previous experience working in a Production Manager or equivalent position
- Experienced working within food production would be advantageous

- Experienced in using an ERP system would be beneficial
